A major event for the development of an integrated transport in WBSA

Club Feroviar and the Romanian Railway Industry Association (AIF) organise The "Railway Days" - Wider Black Sea Area Railway Summit , on 5&6 of October 2010 (Pullman Hotel, Bucharest, Romania), the most important event dedicated to the development of the railway sector in the WBSA. Entitled "Towards a profitable railway sector in the WBSA", the summit is structured upon two main themes that aim to underline the major challenges ahead for the 28 railway markets in the WBSA area and prospect their evolution until 2028. Innovation will be showcased at the Railway Technology Expo.

For successful railway business

The event sheds a light on the growth opportunities in WBSA, generated by the significant number of project investment in railway infrastructure for numerous cross-border modernisation, the need to increase the degree of transport system interoperability, the railway infrastructure development projects in maritime and fluvial ports, construction of new railway and multimodal terminals and also by the international passenger transport liberalisation process and new freight routes.

250 representatives of 28 WBSA and EU markets

Representatives of international railway organisations, authorities in the field and companies from all WBSA countries are invited to take part at the dicussions (Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Ukraine, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.)
